I really love plants and gardening. If I went back to school it would be for botany and psychology.
Anna winter wheat pops up
Family portrait - it is so hard to take a picture of my family. The dog is a shark, the boy is a tornado and the girl can't stop rolling her eyes at her brother.

My family at a friend's cabin pre-covid... dirt biking and four-wheeling. Yes, this is how my husband breaks his foot.
Sueann Ramella with Ira Glass (middle). The first time I met Ira I hugged him and gave him a CD of music. I was totally being a fan girl and may have hugged him too long. This time I was more professional.
Anna Oregon cowboy
My man with broken foot part one. The following summer he would break it again on the same dirt bike. The dirt bike is for sale.

Flowers I have grown to sell direct and to the local coop. For some reason, it is hard to find the time and commitment to be a vendor at the Farmer's Market.
Sueann with David Greene of Morning Edition. He has a sincere and relaxed vibe - just like on air.

American Guinea Hogs - we raise pigs but soon will try a different breed. The AGH is very lardy but they are smaller and a good starter pig for newbies.

Wheat field
One of our planned and successful litter of piglets. Fun fact: I castrate the pigs myself.
Anna at Hanford
My son with homemade sausages. My husband made the smoker out of an old shooting range panel we found in the shop.
Anna's father watercolor artist Gary King
Farming is hard and sometimes the yields are few. This was the first time my husband broke his foot so... not a lot growing.
