8th Annual ICON Exhibit

What does the word ICON mean to you? Asking our arts community resulted in more than 150 responses. Our guest juror, Dawn Laurant, has chosen a bit more than 50 pieces to be included in this year’s exhibit. Encouraging artists to think outside of the box in interpreting the word ICON has made this year’s show a great visual experience, with paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, collage and assemblages.
Exhibit starts on First Thursday, Sept 2, and will be from Sept 2 through Sept 25. Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, Lynn Hanson Gallery is a contemporary art gallery – a space filled with experiences. Open First Thursdays from 5 to 8:30, and Friday-Saturdays from 11 am to 4 pm.
