July Food Drive for HopeSource

July 1 - July 31

When families need help most, our community steps up. UKC Senior Center is joining forces with HopeSource for a critical summer food and hygiene drive throughout July targeting the season when donations traditionally fall but family needs soar.
While school meal programs pause and family budgets stretch thin during summer months, food banks face their biggest challenge and demand peaks. Your neighbors need you. HopeSource’s Cle Elum location serves families throughout the entire Upper County, providing a lifeline of nutritional support when it matters most.
Every donated item directly impacts a local family from the working parent choosing between gas and groceries to the senior on a fixed income stretching every dollar.
What We Need Most:
• Non-perishable foods: Canned proteins, pasta, rice, cereal, peanut butter
• Hygiene essentials: Toothpaste, soap, shampoo, feminine products, diapers
How to Help: Drop off your donations at the Upper Kittitas County Senior Center, 719 E. Third Street, Cle Elum, Monday-Friday, 8am-2pm, throughout July.
Every donation stays local. Every contribution feeds a neighbor. Every act of kindness strengthens our Upper County community. Together, we can ensure no family in our region goes without basic necessities this summer.
