Learn about the denizens of the North Cascades and the Salish Sea with local historian, Dr Jesse Kennedy III, this Sunday as he shares stories of unique Skagit characters. Explore tales of early maritime trades that began with canoes bringing Canadian whisky to the soldiers on San Juan Island and continues today.
