Garden Talk Tuesday
Garden Talk Tuesday
Garden Talk Tuesday
First Tuesdays from 1-3pm
At Neill Public Library

Join the WSU Whitman County Master Gardener volunteers for Garden Talk Tuesday the first Tuesday of each month.  Each Garden Talk will feature a different gardening related topic, presented by WSU Whitman County Master Gardeners and/or local experts.

Bring your gardening questions and/or plant problems to the "Ask a Master Gardener" table.  WSU Whitman County Master Gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions and receive your samples of plant problems for diagnosis.

The next Garden Talk Tuesday is November 4.  The title of the talk is Planning and Growing an Herb Garden and will be presented by Lindsay Myron, owner/operator of Smoot’s Flavor Farm, a small-scale herb farm 10 miles north of Pullman. She specializes in ecologically grown, expertly preserved and highly flavorful dried herb production. You can grow your own herb garden. They are beginner-friendly, water-wise and support pollinators. Learn how to plan and care for a culinary and tea herb garden for next season.
