Come listen to author and Creative Writing Program Director, Mike McGriff, read from his two newest poetry collections Inquest and Angel Sharpening Its Beak followed by a brief Q&A on Friday, November 14th, 6:30pm-7:30pm, in the LeCompte Auditorium of the 1912 Center. Copies of his books will be available for purchase at the event from BookPeople. This is the last of three literary readings for Fall 2025 put on by the Creative Writing Program’s Visiting Writers Series. All Visiting Writers Series readings are free to attend and open to the public.
