Members of the Desert Fiber Arts Guild will host their Annual Fall Market November 6th and 7th at Central Church, 1124 Stevens Drive in Richland. Guests will enjoy shopping the beautiful selection of fine hand-crafted wearables, home décor items and gifts. They might even be able to meet the artists who created them.

A special display of fiber art that reflects the theme of “Reuse, Repurpose, Recreate” will illustrate the many creative ways our members have found to made beautiful eco-friendly items. Look for the green tags that share the story of how that item was created with something that would otherwise be destined for the landfill.

Over 1400 unique items ranging in price from $5 to over $500 have been created by DFA members for their annual fundraiser. Fiber arts demonstrations, an heirloom afghan raffle, gift basket drawings, textile talks are among the highlights of the event. Classes for felting and beginner spinning will be held as well. Hours are: Friday, November 6th, 10-6, and Saturday, November 7th, 10-4.
