Fort Walla Walla Museum's Living Historians bring history to life, portraying real people from Walla Walla's past.
A West Point graduate from the East Coast, Captain Taylor was stationed at Fort Walla Walla with his young family. He was one of the unfortunate soldiers who joined Lt. Col. Edward J. Steptoe in the Battle of Tohotonimme, a tragedy for his wife and children.
