ATVP Invites Community to Annual Summer Fundraiser
Free community event at Merry Cellars to feature local wine, silent auction, raffles, and snacks in support of survivor services
PULLMAN, WA — Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse (ATVP) invites the community to enjoy an afternoon of connection, generosity, and local wine while supporting a vital cause at its Annual Summer Fundraiser, taking place Saturday, September 26, from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Merry Cellars Winery in Pullman.
This community event brings together friends, families, local businesses, and supporters for an afternoon featuring local wine, snacks, a silent auction, and raffles. Admission is free, and all proceeds from fundraising activities will help sustain ATVP's important advocacy, prevention, and survivor support programs.
Proceeds from the Annual Summer Fundraiser directly support ATVP's mission to provide free and confidential services for individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other crimes throughout Latah and Whitman counties. Funds raised help ensure individuals and families across the Palouse have access to ATVP's free and confidential advocacy, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, legal advocacy, prevention education, and other essential support services.
"Our Annual Summer Fundraiser is more than just an afternoon at a local winery—it's an opportunity for our community to come together in support of survivors," said Cori Damron, ATVP Board Vice Chair and Chair of the Events & Development Committee. "Every bid, raffle ticket, and donation helps ensure that individuals and families across the Palouse have access to the free and confidential services they need to find safety, healing, and hope."
Community members are encouraged to attend, bring friends and family, enjoy an afternoon at Merry Cellars, and participate in the silent auction and raffles to help make a lasting difference for survivors throughout the Palouse.
