We were not supposed to have cameras of any kind. But he had taken in one of these little box cameras and had it with him. He had a friend in the post office, in those days you wrote a letter, it was photographed, and v-mailed onto wherever you wanted it to go. This friend of his would develop the film and give him new film so he took a lot of pictures that were not authorized to be taken.
