The band interweaves styles as divergent as cumbia and blues, salsa, soul, and rock’n’roll – all boiled down into their own original sound.
The work of MAKING MOVIES includes collaborations with legendary artists like Rubén Blades, performances at major international festivals, and tours with notable acts such as Los Lobos, Ozomatli, Hurray For the Riff Raff, Maldita Vecindad, and Flor De Toloache, and has been featured on NPR.
