This National Juried Exhibition features photographers from around the United States. The call for artists accepts both photography and video submitted online using the website callforentry.org. The juror for this exhibit is Thomas Harris
Thomas Harris formerly resided in Seattle where he worked for thirty years teaching photography at the Art Institute of Seattle. He received an MFA in photography from the Rhode Island School of Design, working with Harry Callahan, Ray Metsker and Aaron Siskind. Teaching allowed him to pursue a project working with a still life of found and fabricated objects in a created, carefully lit space. This work has been awarded and purchased by institutions and individuals nationwide. He received the Seattle Arts Commission Artist Award twice, Artist Trust /Washington State Arts Commission Grant and a Guggenheim Fellowship.
