Alien Invasion: Discovering Chimeric Genes Birthed by DNA Fusion Across Kingdoms of Life

Evolutionary Biologist Dr. Cassandra Extavour, Timken Professor of Evolutionary and Organismic Biology at Harvard University, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator, will present the 2024 Rempel Lecture in Biology on Thursday, March 28, at 7 PM in Whitman College’s Maxey Auditorium.
