An Exciting Opportunity for the Washington State Developmental Disability Employment Community!
The 2023-2024 Dan Thompson Employment Rallies are coming to Washington State! Please join us to celebrate, share the history of our movement, and work together to define a vision and create a plan to move Employment forward through 2030. Come Rally with us!
There will be six regional rallies culminating in a statewide gathering. All of the events will be led by people with developmental disabilities and include an online and in-person option for attendees. All event materials will be translated into Spanish and Russian.
CESP recertification CEs and DDA/DSHS Residential CEs have been pre-approved for these events and will be included on your certificate: 5.5 hours for the Regional Events, and 8.5 hours for the Statewide event. For school staff looking for Clock Hours, you will need to reach out to your local school district for approval prior to the event – let us know if you need assistance with this at [email protected].
