Environmental Film and Speaker Series Presents: The Biggest Little Farm

March 14 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Free – $5

The Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center is hosting a screening of the award-nominated documentary “The Biggest Little Farm.”

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, 7-9 PM, join us as we learn about what it takes to operate a farm in while persevering through environmental challenges in the 21st century.

“The Biggest Little Farm” chronicles the eight-year quest of John and Molly Chester as they trade city living for 200 acres of barren farmland and a dream to harvest in harmony with nature. Through dogged perseverance and embracing the opportunity provided by nature’s conflicts, the Chesters unlock and uncover a biodiverse design for living that exists far beyond their farm, its seasons, and our wildest imagination.

Featuring breathtaking cinematography, captivating animals, and an urgent message to heed Mother Nature’s call, “The Biggest Little Farm” provides us all a vital blueprint for better living and a healthier planet.

Admission is free for members and $5 for non-members. Registration is recommended and can be found on the attached link.

The Environmental Film and Speaker Series is sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Chelan and Greater Wenatchee Valley. This screening of “The Biggest Little Farm” is sponsored by the Chelan-Douglas Land Trust.
