Fall Banquet: Backstage Dinner with Cellar Door

Renowned local chef Ian Pecoraro (Cellar Door) joins us Backstage with a special tasting menu that “connects the power of community with the Palouse’s bounty of local ingredients, artisans, farmers, and terroir.” Ian moved to the Palouse after 13 years working in some of Seattle’s most acclaimed farm-to-table restaurants, including James Beard Award Winning Sitka & Spruce.
Dinner will include live music, curated raffle and silent auction, and games. Seating will be limited–don’t delay! Reserved tables (8) or half-tables (4) can be arranged after purchasing tickets.
