Main Gallery- Chad Yenney and Will Bow: Vacation Club

March 15 @ 10:00 am - May 3 @ 4:00 pm

Free

Show Dates: March 15 – May 3, 2024
Opening Reception: March 15, 2024 from 4-7 PM

We invite viewers to take a respite from their daily lives and explore a world of nostalgia, wonder, and mystery.

Chad Yenney’s medium is primarily mixed media collage with works on paper, in resin and on canvas or panel. His pieces deal with joy, loss, rebirth, and decay, with an emphasis on surreal interpretations of social and environmental issues of our times.

Will Bow’s work tends to focus on the beauty of “lonesome” forgotten times and objects, and on our various perceptions of the human experience. Will primarily works in watercolor on a multitude of surfaces, including canvas, wood, and sometimes paper, mixing in acrylic and latex paints as well as graphite, chalk, and colored pencils.

In addition to the two artists’ solo works, there will also be a couple collaborative pieces that could be read as a narrative of call and response.
