U of I Partial Eclipse Watch Party

The University of Idaho College of Science and Department of Physics invite the community to a watch party for the partial solar eclipse on Saturday, October 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. on the Theophilus Tower lawn. Prime viewing time is between 8:45 and 10:00, with the maximum eclipse at approximately 9:23 a.m. Faculty and students from the Department of Physics will be on hand to answer questions. Eclipse viewers will be available. Participants should bring chairs or blankets and water if desired. Contact the College of Science with questions at [email protected].
