Scott Leadingham, NWPB News Manager, talks us through that process and sheds light on the tough ethical decisions made in the newsroom during breaking news situations. On November 14, KTNW, the PBS station for the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla will switch to a new transmitter and antenna. Viewers who watch the station using cable or satellite will not see a change.
