PWS: Food Preservation Series

This hands-on workshop mini series with Farmer Jennifer Kleffner, teaches food preservation methods. Fermentation (2/6/24), pickling (2/13/24), making jams (2/20/24), jellies & chutneys and freezing and drying foods (2/27/24) will be presented. SLC’s Public Workshop Series (PWS) workshops are open to the public and are offered on a ‘Pay What You Can’ basis. Registration is required.
